About
Bio
In between healthy doses of LEGO and video games, I grew up on Cape Cod writing and drawing my own stories. I tore into books, too, always looking for the “why” behind it all, and absorbing knowledge still ranks high on my priority list. Fact and fantasy alike taught me that life is rife with imperfections and problems.
Years of independent learning fueled my desire to seek out and solve those problems – and equip others to solve them, too. Communicating complex issues effectively is a serious issue, as I’ve learned from my experience working with doctors, researchers, and policy-makers.
I have a bachelor's degree in illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, am in progress for a master's for digital media design from Harvard Extension School, and work as a graphic designer at Ariadne Labs, a health systems nonprofit in Boston, MA.
